How we handle your information.
Website analytics
Nuno uses Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand which pages on nuno.au are visited and which ones are useful. Analytics is off by default. Google Analytics is only loaded, and its cookies are only set, after you choose “Allow analytics”. If you choose “Necessary only”, it is not loaded.
When analytics is allowed, we send Google the public page you viewed (without any query string or link details), its title, a simplified referring address, when you click our hello@nuno.au email link, if you send an enquiry through the form, that Nuno received an enquiry (never anything you entered), and on the booking page, when you start a booking and when a booking is confirmed. Google’s tag also collects technical information such as your device, browser, approximate location derived from your IP address and an identifier stored in a cookie. Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off.
Analytics does not run on the client portal, service terms, booking management or booking settings pages. We do not send your name, email address, company, enquiry or discussion notes, booking times or booking links to Google Analytics.
Google may process analytics information outside Australia, including in the United States. Google’s handling of this information is described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing stops analytics on this site straight away and removes the Google Analytics cookies set for nuno.au. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry using the form on nuno.au, Nuno collects the reply email address and business problem you enter, plus the name and company if you choose to add them. Please do not submit passwords, financial records or sensitive personal information.
Your enquiry is stored in Nuno’s database on the existing Vercel and Neon infrastructure used for this site, and those providers process it on our behalf. It is reviewed by Nuno’s owner through a restricted view, and it is used only to assess and respond to your request. Nothing is sent automatically: there is no autoresponder, no outbound automation and no marketing unless you separately agree to it. Sending an enquiry does not promise a reply by a particular time or that Nuno will take on the work.
If you allowed analytics, the enquiry also records that choice, the first public page you viewed in that browser tab after allowing analytics (which may not be the page you arrived on) and a broad source category such as a search engine, social site, other referrer or direct. It never records a full referring address, query string, campaign or advertising identifiers, or a Google Analytics identifier. If you chose “Necessary only” or have not chosen, no page or source is recorded.
Each enquiry is given an expiry date 90 days after it is received, and expired enquiries are hidden from review immediately. A daily cleanup removes them, so removal can occur up to the next scheduled run; if a run is missed, Nuno’s operator has to repair it. Nuno can also delete an enquiry earlier. To prevent abuse we keep one-way hashed versions of your network address and email address, which expire after 48 hours and are purged when later enquiries are submitted and by the daily cleanup. Backup copies age out separately under our database host’s existing backup policy. This is not a guarantee of deletion at a particular moment, and it is not a legal or security certification. To ask for earlier deletion, email hello@nuno.au.
Booking details
When you book a discovery call, Nuno collects the name and email address you provide, plus any company name or discussion notes you choose to add. We use this information to arrange the call and prepare for the conversation.
The booking is stored in Nuno’s database hosted by Neon. Nuno checks selected Google calendars for availability and creates a Google Calendar invitation with a Google Meet link. Calendar availability is used to show open times; other calendar event details are not shown to visitors.
Nuno uses Brevo to send transactional booking emails, such as confirmation, changes and reminders. Your email address and booking details are shared with these services for that purpose.
